• Do the experiment at home! Put a raw egg in a jar that is half-filled with vinegar. Place the lid loosely on, and let it sit for 2 days. Watch the magic of science happen!
• Cook an egg and notice it’s parts. Do you see the yolk? How about the albumen (egg white)? Which part is your favorite to eat?
